We are approved by virtually all of the major lending institutions including Royal Bank, Bank of Montreal and CIBC, as well as all of the Credit Unions operating in Alberta including ATB, Servus and the Christian Credit Union.
The value of properties appraised by Independent is well in excess of $1 Billion and includes office towers, regional shopping centres and condominium projects, as well as a host of smaller industrial, commercial and multi-family properties.
All employees of Independent Appraisal are fully insured, are licensed to write appraisals in the province of Alberta and are members in good standing with the Appraisal Institute of Canada.
